Nursing Recruitment for Private and Goverment Hospital

Nursing job now days are needed every country all around the word such us Middle East(Kuwait, Emirates, Qatar, Abu Dhabi,Saudi Arabia), Europe (Netherlands, German, France, UK or London), United States, Canada also Australia and even Asian Country like Malaysia, Japan, Brunei, India and Philippine.

Nursing Qualification which required mostly those nurses who have Bachelor certificate and more benefit for those who passes the Registered Nurse exam. Some country whether private or government sector, they are recruiting for experienced nurse at least 2 years in which expert in their field.

The nurses who has special skills in ICU, Emergency Unit/ Casualty, Operation theater/operation room more preferable to be recruited by user other than general nurse.

The recruitment process in every country are different each other. In Middle east country most likely easier than Europe or USA (America). In order to decide how much salary the nurse will get usually depend on their special skill and certificate/course (BLS, ACLS, BTLS, etc)

Not only nurse needed even paramedic or nursing assistance are being recruited of course with lower salary compared with registered nurse.

Private Hospital, especially under Oil Company became popular for job seeker because they offer more benefit rather than government hospital.
